Venture Center is happy to announce that NSTEDB division of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India has formally provided the Sanction Order to Venture Center for the NIDHI-Centre of Excellence program. With this, Venture Center shall be formally initiating activities under the NIDHI-COE program. The NIDHI-COE program supports Venture Center for a period of 5 years with a focus on:
- scaling up the incubation program to accommodate 100 startups at any time
- strengthening and upgrading scientific facilities that support scientist entrepreneurs in carry out their proof of concept, prototyping and technology translation efforts.
- initiating selected new programs
